Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. BLEVORN is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate address details provided by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos and your order number. Replacement requests submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.

Replacement Policy
We do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been delivered. Replacements are only applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 24 hours of delivery.
