Return & Replacement Policy

At BLEVORN, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been delivered.

We only provide replacements for items that are damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • Clear unboxing video/photos showing the issue are required as proof

Requests made after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

BLEVORN reserves the right to deny replacement requests if the product shows signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or insufficient proof is provided.
